Who?

Hello, Brian here! I'm an Atlanta-based software developer with 28 years of experience (as of 2026) in C++ on Windows and Linux, as well as a little C# here and there, as needs arose. I've also been working with Java since 2009, primarily on Android.

I spent nearly 25 of those years working on a custom HTTP application server, implementing network protocols and integrations with third-party software and hardware to accomplish what customers needed.

I've been researching Golang and Kotlin, as well as mobile development using cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, and would love to actually do something with those someday.

What?

I'm offering services in software design and development, whether it's on Windows, Linux, or Android, involving any of the languages mentioned in the previous section.

If the project is web-based, I'm also proficient in PHP, HTML, and JavaScript... the more technical side of things. If you need a website designer, there are people who are probably better suited than I am.

My base rate is currently $109/hour USD.
